What it covers

Each watch comes with a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. Whether it's a minor fault or a rare failure, we'll repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
• Craftsmanship issues affecting normal function
• Repair or free replacement for covered faults

What it doesn't cover

The guarantee protects against faults, not everyday life. It does not cover:

• Normal wear, scratches, and cosmetic aging
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
• Water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance
• Repairs or modifications made by third parties
• Loss or theft
